WHAT IS COMMUNICATION
In daily life you communicate with many people, they can be your friends, relatives, family members or an unknown person. So, how can u define a communication? “The passing of words from one person to another person is known as communication.” Are you aware of the history of communication? Communication basically comes from the Latin words communicate us which means to share the things with another person. It is clear that in a communication one share the information/words to other person. The transfer could be any information related to business, personal life, funny things etc. The main purpose of communication is to share the information to whom you want, doesn't matter who is the next person. With some gestures, orally, messages, by writing one can share the information. Means of communication are lot now a days.
World is surrounded by the different means of communication. 21st century is the century of communication.We all having different means of communication including many gadgets. We are now in advance world which thinks 8-10 steps above. . In an emergency you have to make just a single call, email or a simple message. There are lots of options to inform others, some are simple, some are little typical. When you want to send message to second person or in a group you just decide a channel and go through it, However you always try to choose the best option among the available options. There are many examples in daily life which gives you some glimpses of communication. Some examples are ambulance sound, red light vehicles, morning-evening siren of a factory, your door bell etc.
What we came to know from all these things common that they all wants to transfer the information/signal from different means of communication, but the motive is same i.e to share the information. As said, sender always decide the channel how he can transfer his views, information to the other person/persons. The message could be in any form including signals, sirens, ringing, written form, orally etc. To define the communication more clearly , some elements of communication are given. They are:
Sender (who sends the information)
Receiver (who receive the information)
Message (what is the message)
Channel (mean of communication)
Response (feedback by the receiver)

IN a simple word we can conclude that “Communication is the transfer of information from one person to another by different means of communication”.

I’m going into full shitblr mode, just saying. I’m so done with diets, with people picking at each other because they think their way of doing things is the best way. I’m so done with restricting. I’m tired of cutting stuff of my diet, when I should be adding more and trying more and growing and learning. I’m tired of fads, of following the latest trend, of experimenting everything, of using my body has a lab experiment. I’m done.
I’m done with labels. I’m tired of justifying myself. Of explaining myself. I was once vegetarian. Then I was paleo. Then I was keto. Then I was primal. I’m done and I’m tired. It’s time to be human. To just be.
I did this once before. I lost 70+ lbs on my own, Without tumblr. Without this overflow of information, filling my brain with contradicting information every single day. Every. Single. Day.
I did it once. I can do it again. I know enough to trust my own instincts. I know enough to leave all the rules and pre-made plans behind. If you followed me during any of these stages of my journey feel free to unfollow. I respect your choices and if you’re happy with any of the things I mentioned then awesome, I’m excited for you.
But right now I need to focus on being a freaking human being. Because I feel that deep down inside I’m not fully recovered. And that I used all of those labels and all of those things to justify my guilt. Because if I felt guilty about eating meat I was not having disordered thoughts, I was being ethical. If I felt guilty about eating carbs I was not having a poor relationship with food, I was being informed about the latest medical research.
I have to face the truth and realise that all of those things were excuses. Were ways to hide from the truth and realise that I still fear food. That I still have disordered thoughts. That recovery doesn’t end because I want it to.
So, right now, I’m gonna eat food. And think about it as fuel, as a way to nourish my body, to take care of my body and my health. Because that’s truly what it is.
